As the title suggests, this site is still in construction so please excuse pardon our dust as we are working to build a awesome blogsite for your viewing pleasure.

For the past couple of months, it's been a rollercoaster with work, family, and friends.  I've been very fortunate to have such a wonderful support group: my incredible husband, my awesome friends, and loving family.  Without which, I don't think that I'd be able to come this far in life and my photography.  I just recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary with my wonderful husband in Aruba (stay tuned for photos Laughing) and could not be any happier.  It was seriously one of the best vacations that we've taken next to our wedding and honeymoon in Jamaica.  I'm obviously missing Aruba and wishing that I don't have to work, but it makes me realize even more how lucky I am.  I loved that I was able to finally spend some time with my loving husband who has been my rock through all the good times and bad.  It amazes me that I was so lucky to find someone who believes in me, loves me despite all my flaws, puts me in my place when I am wrong, picks me up when I'm at my lowest, and I can count on to always be there for me.  I don't think that I would have come this far if it weren't for you believing in and encouraging me to be the best that I can be.  Thanks hun for everything and here's to another more exciting year together!

That being said, I'm also looking forward to this very exciting year of weddings, engagements, and many other important events.  In the next couple of days, you will be seeing alot of updates with photos, of course as I'll try to recap on the all the awesome events that I've been very fortunate enough to be a part of and places that I've traveled to so far this year.  Again, since the site is a work in progress, any suggestions or comments are appreciated and feel free to contact me directly.  Happy reading! Smile

A couple weeks ago, I had the pleasure of shooting my friends, Chris & Christina's beautiful wedding in Manassas, VA. I've known Christina since college and to witness her union to Chris and hard work she put into her wedding was very special to me. From the moment she walked down the aisle to their send-off in the evening, everything was perfect. Here are some of my favorites from the day.

It was so sweet to catch Chris's reaction to Christina coming down the aisle.

It was such a beautiful ceremony.

How cute is this ringbearer?

Their reception was at the very scenic Bristow Manor Golf Club in Bristow, VA.

Anyone that knows me, knows I LOVE details, so here goes!

This is the super cute bike that they had engagement pictures taken with.

Their first dance

My favorite moment of the wedding was Amanda's (the Maid of Honor) speech and toast. There was not a dry eye in the house.

I love a wedding that has the dance floor packed. Cha Cha Slide anyone?

Time for cake! Be nice, Chris! Laughing

As my husband would say, no wedding is complete without a chocolate fountain.

Another one of my faves, peek-a-boo Todd with Amanda's bouquet.

Congrats Chris & Christina! Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day.
